The process is simple...
1) We need from you on a weekly basis a file attachment containing that weeks shipping information.
2) After receiving your file, we will run our report and pinpoint each late delivery from either UPS and FedEx.
3) When the report is finished, we will call FedEx and UPS on a toll free number and read them the air bill numbers for the packages where a refund is due and secure the refund for you.
4) You will get your refund in approximately (7) days.
5) You will then write us a check for 15% of the refund.
